Soda Creek Elementary School Boiler Replacement 

Steamboat Springs School District RE-2 is requesting proposals (RFP) for replacement of three RBI existing boilers with two new Lochinvar M# FBN1751.

Project address is Soda Creek Elementary School, 20 Park Ave Steamboat Springs,CO 80487.

Requested scope of work shall include the following:

Removal and necessary demo of three RBI boilers and associated piping. Furnish and complete installation of two new Bacnet Lochinvar M#FBN1751. Install condensate neutralizer, gas regulators, and variable speed pumps. Repipe 4” mains into a primary secondary piping configuration, install new PVC flue and combustion air piping, reconnect gas piping as necessary.

Anticipated installation and work completion would be June 2025 to the end of August 2025.

Please provide a summary of your company's experience with boiler replacement and how you plan to manage the School District's project.
